Bei der Planung von Änderungen im Qualitätsmanagementsystem sollten folgende Aspekte berücksichtigt werden:

a) Warum werden die Änderungen gemacht und welche Folgen haben sie?

b) Sicherstellen, dass die grundlegende Struktur des QMS intakt bleibt.

c) Prüfen, ob ausreichend Ressourcen verfügbar sind.

d) Festlegen, wer für die Umsetzung der Änderungen verantwortlich ist und welche Befugnisse sie haben.
